Change a Microsoft 365 password

Update your Microsoft 365 password through the Email & Office Dashboard. The Secureserver.net Domain Name Web Hosting account owner can manage passwords for all users, like resetting the password for an employee.

1. Sign in to your Email & Office Dashboard (use your Secureserver.net Domain Name Web Hosting username and password). If you forgot your Secureserver.net Domain Name Web Hosting account password, reset it.
2. If you're an account owner, under Users, next to a user, select Manage.
3. Under Manage, select Password.
4. Enter a new password, and then, under Confirm password, enter it again.
   
5. Under Recovery email, enter or update the email address that can be used for resetting this user’s password.
6. Select Change Password. It could take up to 30 minutes to update the password.
