Request a tax refund
If you qualify for tax exempt status, you can request a tax refund by contacting Secureserver.net Domain Name Web Hosting.com at the number listed above. If your tax exempt documentation is approved, Secureserver.net Domain Name Web Hosting will refund one amount of sales tax on the order you are calling about. Taxes charged on older orders will not be refunded as they have already been remitted to the taxing jurisdiction.
Note: You may be able to request a tax refund from the jurisdiction in which Secureserver.net Domain Name Web Hosting remitted the tax.
If you believe that you should receive an exception to this rule, please provide any documentation and/or information with your initial tax refund request.
